German/American fitness extraoridnaire Joseph H. Pilates pioneered a comprehensive system of therapeutic exercises to help ballet dancers recover from injuries and improve their performance. Because of its effectiveness, this exercise system became popular as a conditioning routine for athletes, actors, and models as well. Now you can take advantage of Pilates too. Pilates The Form will help to flatten the abdomen and build a sleek, toned appearance. It teaches body awareness, good posture, and easy, graceful movement.

Located in the Cary / Raleigh, North Carolina area, we utilize the mat exercises, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and small equipment such as the circle, band, foam roller, weights, and ball.   

All our instructors have gone through extensive training consisting of 300+ hours of classwork/lab, five written and five practical exams, and over 400 hours of observing and teaching under the direct supervision of a Pilates Instructor.

A few well-designed movements, properly performed in a balanced sequence, are worth hours of doing sloppy calisthenics or forced contortion.
